Neal on top in second session
Honda's Matt Neal topped the second British Touring Car free practice session at Oulton Park this afternoon, but normally aspirated cars filled the next three places. Reigning champion Jason Plato set the pace for much of the session before a late charge from Neal and Plato's works Chevrolet team-mate Alex MacDowall demoted him to third
