Dillmann quickest in second practice
GP3 returnee Tom Dillmann was fastest in the second free practice session of the weekend on the streets of Valencia. The Frenchman took pole position for the season opener with Carlin in Turkey last month, but skipped the Barcelona races. He has returned this weekend with Addax and grabbed the top spot with two minutes remaining of the second half-hour session
