Alfalla Tames The Monster
Narrowly missing the Chase for the GSRacing.net Championship has not extinguished the flame under Ray Alfalla. The Cape Coral, Florida sim racer won his first race of the season on Thursday night as he captured the SponsorMonsters.com 125 at Dover International Speedway (aka The Monster Mile). Alfalla, in his TCSCustomDiecast.com Chevrolet Silverado outran fellow NASCAR iRacing World Championship Series driver Thomas Hazard of Rochester, Minnesota for the victory. The race ended under the yellow flag when a caution with four laps to go slowed the field. Third place in the SponsorMonsters.com 125 belonged to Dylan Duval. The Halifax, Nova Scotia driver put a gap between himself and Greenville, South Carolina?s Jody Green, who was credited with fourth at the end of the 125-lap affair.
