Magnussen sets Ricard pratice pace

Kevin Magnussen set the pace in free practice ahead of the sixth round of the British Formula 3 Championship at Paul Ricard this weekend. During an eventful two sessions of running for the Dane, he survived a first session puncture at Signes, a spin at the long, fast right-hander at Beausset, and some technical issues with his Carlin-run Dallara-Volkswagen to lead the way. On his first visit to the circuit, Magnussen's 2m00.969s lap from the faster second session was enough to put him top by just over 0.1s from his Carlin team-mate Felipe Nasr.
